 Refund Policy

Within 30 days of purchase if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your SMOMAR Products please let us know, as we will arrange the return to one of SMOMAR's listed warehouses.

Within 21 days of receipt of the Product(s) at one of our warehouses, your total payment for your Products to SMOMAR will be refunded to you via the method of payment made during checkout. If you purchased via interest-free finance extra charges may apply by your supplier.

The following limitations are imposed on returns of Products:

(a)  To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase your SMOMAR Product you are not eligible for a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in an email and to post the product back to the address we will communicate by E-mail.

(b)  You must have been using your product for at least 14 days before you can initiate the return.

(c)  Products that are stained or damaged in our opinion (acting reasonably) as a result of your use or possession of the Product, will not be eligible for a return or refund.

The return of products is at the customer charge, with a pick-up carrier sent at the delivery address. The cost of the pick-up is £15.00 for UK mainland and £25 for the islands and will be deducted from the product price. No refund will be issued for shipping fees.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
